Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule any booked sessions up to one hour prior to the appointment start-time. Missed sessions that are not cancelled or rescheduled at least one hour prior to the start time will count as a used session. Unused sessions will expire at the end of the monthly billing cycle and do not rollover. Refunds are not issued for unused sessions. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time and any unused sessions will be available until the end of the last-paid billing cycle.
